At Aipu Safe Box (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering your purchase safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we ship products, associated costs, delivery timelines, and your responsibilities.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. However, some remote areas may have limited service. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Free Delivery for New Safes

For customers purchasing a new safe, we offer free doorstep delivery (as stated in our Refund and Returns Policy). This applies to standard delivery addresses within our regular service zones. Additional fees may apply for:

  • Remote or hard‑to‑reach locations (e.g., islands, mountainous areas)
  • Buildings without elevator access (additional floor charges may apply)
  • Special handling requirements (e.g., crane or stair carry)

We will notify you of any extra charges before confirming your order.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable logistics providers, including:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Local specialized freight carriers (for heavy/large safes)

The carrier will be chosen based on your location, product weight, and delivery speed selected.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • In‑stock products: Usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Please note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues. We are not liable for such delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also contact our customer service for updates.

6. Shipping Costs (If Free Delivery Does Not Apply)

Free delivery applies only to new safes purchased directly from Aipu Safe Box. For other products (e.g., accessories, remote alarm devices, spare parts) or when free delivery is not applicable, shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Total weight and dimensions of the package
  • Shipping destination (zone)
  • Selected shipping speed (standard vs. express)

The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated at checkout).
  • Aipu Safe Box is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
  • To avoid surprises, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) requests, please contact us directly to arrange.

8. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages

  • Our carrier will make two delivery attempts. If both fail, the package may be returned to a local pickup point or sent back to us.
  • If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address or refused delivery, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • If you wish to cancel after a return due to non‑delivery, a restocking fee (up to 25% of product price) may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Visible damage: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Concealed damage: If you discover damage after opening, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
  • Lost shipments: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbours or your local depot. Contact us within 10 days so we can initiate a tracer with the carrier.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if confirmed lost or damaged in transit, send a replacement or issue a refund.

10. Installation & Delivery – Separate Services

Please note: Free delivery means the safe is delivered to your doorstep. Free installation (as offered for new safes) is a separate service typically performed by our technicians at a scheduled time after delivery. Delivery does not automatically include unpacking, placement, or installation unless explicitly arranged.
