At Aipu Safe Box (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty provided for new safes and accessories purchased directly from Aipu Safe Box or our authorised dealers.

1. Warranty Coverage

Aipu Safe Box warrants that new products purchased from us or an authorised reseller shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period specified below.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable.

If local laws require a longer minimum warranty period, the longer period shall apply.


3. What This Warranty Covers

During the applicable warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts; or

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model (if the original model is discontinued); or

  • Refund the original purchase price (less shipping and installation fees) if repair or replacement is not commercially feasible.

All repaired or replaced products assume the remaining original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.


4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email (info@aipusafebox.com) or hotline (4008-874-538). Provide your order number, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide supporting evidence – photos, videos, or a clear explanation of the defect.

  3. Return the product if requested. We will provide a return authorisation number and shipping instructions.

    • For structural or heavy defects (e.g., door misalignment), we may arrange an on‑site inspection instead of return.

  4. Shipping costs for warranty returns:

    • If the defect is confirmed to be covered by warranty, we will reimburse reasonable standard shipping fees (or provide a prepaid label).

    • If no defect is found or the issue is not covered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Exchange / Replacement Terms (Based on 15‑Day & Two‑Repair Rules)

In addition to the warranty above, we offer the following consumer protection rights:

  • Within 15 days of receipt – If a performance failure occurs (e.g., lock does not open, bolts jam, electronic malfunction), you may choose either a replacement (exchange for the same model) or a repair.

  • After two repairs during the warranty period – If the same product has been repaired twice for safety or performance faults (excluding minor cosmetic adjustments) and still fails to operate normally (i.e., does not meet the required safety/performance standards or lacks functionality generally expected of such a product), you are entitled to a free replacement of the same model upon presentation of valid proof of purchase.

  • If the replacement model is no longer available, we will offer a comparable model (with similar or better specifications).

These provisions are subject to local consumer laws. If any conflict exists, local laws shall prevail.


6. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, faded paint, worn keys/batteries).

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., dropping, forcing the door, improper storage).

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs – Opening the safe or tampering with internal electronics by anyone other than Aipu‑authorised personnel voids this warranty.

  • Accidents, fire, flood, lightning, power surges, or other external causes beyond our reasonable control.

  • Improper installation – If installation was not performed by our authorised technicians (where free installation was offered) or the safe was not installed according to the manual.

  • Use of incompatible accessories (e.g., non‑original batteries, third‑party alarm modules).

  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers – Please verify the seller’s authorisation status. Warranties may not be honoured for non‑authorised channels.

  • Commercial or industrial use – Unless the product was specifically marketed for commercial use.

Important: The warranty does not guarantee that the safe cannot be breached by determined attackers. Our products are designed to meet industry security standards, but no security device is completely invulnerable.


7. Warranty Service for International Customers

Customers outside of China:

  • Warranty coverage is the same, but shipping costs for returns or replacements are the customer’s responsibility (unless local law requires otherwise).

  • We may offer repair instructions or replacement parts shipped to a local service centre when available.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees for warranty parts are the customer’s responsibility.

For international warranty service, please contact us before returning any product to obtain pre‑approval and shipping instructions.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Aipu Safe Box’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of valuables stored in the safe, business interruption, emotional distress) arising from any defect or failure of the product.

  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.


9. How Local Laws Apply

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country or state to state. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
