Note for bank transfers:
To ensure prompt processing, please include your order number in the transfer reference. Bank transfers may take 2–5 business days to clear. Your order will be reserved but not shipped until payment is confirmed.

Currency & Pricing

  • Listed Currency: All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

  • Currency Conversion: If you pay with a card or PayPal issued in another currency, your bank or payment provider will handle the conversion. Exchange rates and any foreign transaction fees are determined by your financial institution.

  • Taxes & Duties: Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, sales tax) and customs duties are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on import charges.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check:

  • Correct card details (number, expiry, CVV)

  • Whether your bank authorises international transactions

  • Daily spending limits on your card

Payment Confirmation & Receipt

  • After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.

  • An official invoice / receipt (VAT invoice where applicable) will be sent to your registered email after the order is shipped.

  • For bank transfers, we will confirm payment manually and send a receipt once funds are cleared.


Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are processed according to our Refund and Returns Policy. Generally, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • PayPal / Credit Card: Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

  • Bank Transfer: We will refund by bank transfer; bank processing times may apply.

  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend your account until resolved.
