Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Conditions

  • If a performance failure occurs within 15 days from the date of product receipt, the customer may choose either an exchange or a repair.
  • During the valid warranty period (as specified in your product warranty card), if the product has been repaired twice for safety or performance faults (excluding minor quality issues) and still cannot operate normally (i.e., it fails to meet the required safety or performance standards, or lacks the functionality generally expected of such a product), we will exchange it for the same model free of charge upon presentation of valid purchase documentation.
  • In the event of any conflict between the above provisions and current national laws or regulations, the applicable laws/regulations shall prevail.

2. Exchange Procedure

  • If the product has not yet been delivered:
    Please bring all proof of purchase directly to the store where you made the purchase to arrange an exchange.
  • If the product has already been delivered or used:
    First contact the store where you purchased the product to request an exchange.
    Note: If the product, packaging, or accessories have been damaged by the customer, or if the item shows signs of use, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover depreciation or restoration costs.

Return Policy (Non-Defective / Change of Mind)

For change‑of‑mind returns (where permitted by local law):

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
  • Delivery and installation fees are non‑refundable once services have been performed.
